PRODUCT TESTING / INSPECTION METHOD

100% product testing to EC CETOP RP 104H standard
All our manufactured cylinders are 100% pressure tested before leaving our factory. The testing procedures are in line with the standard specificed in the European's CETOP RP 104H guideline.

3-levels inspection method and total traceability

Incoming Inspection
All out sourced parts and raw materials are inspected at receiving point and incoming inspection report is prepared and kept.

In-process Inspection
The self inspection are expected to be carried out by our operators. An additional level of Quality Assurance inspection is done by our QA department to ensure conformance. These are recorded in the form of report and filed.

Out-going Inspection
All our cylinders will be going throught the mandatory 100% pressure leak test and dimensional check. A unique serial number is assigned to the cylinder. An inspection report bearing this serial number is recorded and kept. Total traceability pertaining to the cylinder up to the raw material stage is maintained.

Beside manufactured the product of good quality and reliability, prompt delivery is also our main focussed in O.E. Manufacturing, we take step to ensure our customer receive goods in agreed time.
